As a Certified Personal Trainer and former baseball player, my diverse fitness background, including weightlifting, bodybuilding, and CrossFit, shapes my coaching at Hutto Fitness Center. I aim to instill the competitive spirit that transformed my life into my clients’ journeys.

In my training career, I’ve worked with clients focusing on weight loss, strength gain, muscle building, injury recovery, and overall well-being. I’ve also trained athletes in soccer, softball, baseball, jiu-jitsu, and boxing/muay thai.

Opening this gym stems from my motivation to enhance well-being, fostering the development of high-performing human beings. My ultimate goal is to help you build better habits through fitness and wellness, creating a stronger and more functional versions of yourself. With a deep passion for helping people, the success of my clients drives my commitment.

Having lived in Hutto for nearly 18 years, opening a gym in the community I grew up in just felt natural.

Learn More about Dr. Amber Lowe

Dr. Amber Lowe, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT is a runner, physical therapist, and run coach in Hutto, Texas. With a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2012, she completed a sports and manual therapy fellowship in 2016 and achieved Orthopedic Board Certification in June 2018.

Established in 2020, Performative Physical Therapy and Run Coaching focuses on providing a higher standard of care through one-on-one sessions emphasizing patients’ needs, manual therapy, and movement improvement.

As a coach since 2020 and an RRCA Certified Run Coach since 2021, Amber prioritizes individualized run plans and optimized strength training for runners. Personally, she has been running since 2006, with achievements including 1 full marathon, 1 Tough Mudder, 17+ half marathons, and various 5Ks and Turkey Trots.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Amber finds satisfaction in seeing clients feel better and achieve their goals. Her joy in the job comes from building relationships with clients and continual learning and growth in the PT and coaching world.
